Managed a 20-year marketing campaign that saved the company from near bankruptcy after a deadly food poisoning incident. Store count grew from 1,200 to 2,200, sales tripled to $3 billion, and stock price rose from $3 to $99.

Developed a strategy that led to 15% sales growth in an industry stuck at 3%, leading IKEA to award Secret Weapon their entire North American account.
Activision
Pioneered new marketing strategies for video games, taking Call of Duty from a niche title to the #1 video game in the world. Unit sales doubled to 7 million in year one and grew to 30 million in year two.
